Coker Capital Advisors Advises McCallum Place Eating Disorder Centers in its Sale to Acadia Healthcare

Charlotte, NC/Atlanta, GA – Coker Capital Advisors announced today that McCallum Group, Inc. and its affiliates (“McCallum Place”) has been acquired by Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc. (NASDAQ:ACHC) (“Acadia”).  Based in St. Louis, Missouri, McCallum Place is a nationally-recognized, premier provider of eating disorder treatment services.  Coker Capital Advisors acted as the exclusive financial advisor to McCallum Place in this transaction.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
