Dan Davidson, Managing Director

Dan Davidson is a Managing Director with Coker Capital Advisors.  With over  fifteen years of corporate finance experience, Mr. Davidson has initiated and completed a variety of assignments for financial sponsors and healthcare companies.  Prior to joining Coker Capital, Mr. Davidson worked in the healthcare group at Morgan Joseph & Co. where he was listed in the “Top 40 Under 40” investment bankers for 2010 by Investment Dealers’ Digest.   Previously, he opened the Atlanta office for Jefferies & Company, where he provided a broad range of investment banking services to healthcare companies and financial sponsors.  Prior to Jefferies & Co., Mr. Davidson held positions at CIT Healthcare and BNP Paribas, and began his career at Wachovia Securities, Inc. in their Capital Markets Group.  Mr. Davidson served in the United States Marine Corps for 6 years, including service during the Persian Gulf War.  He received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Clemson University.

Bo Hinton is a Managing Director with Coker Capital Advisors. Prior to co-founding Coker Capital Advisors, Mr. Hinton spent 10 years in principal investing and investment banking within the middle market segment of the healthcare industry. Previously, Mr. Hinton was with Carousel Capital Partners, a leading middle market private equity fund with approximately $500 million in capital under management. During his tenure at Carousel, Mr. Hinton evaluated healthcare companies for investment or acquisition by the firm and completed numerous transactions including mergers and acquisitions; debt, equity, and real estate financings; joint ventures; and debt restructurings. Prior to Carousel, Mr. Hinton worked in the healthcare investment banking group at Wachovia where he executed mergers and acquisitions as well as public and private equity and debt financings for middle market healthcare companies and investor groups.

Mr. Hinton earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics Modified from Dartmouth College where he was a four-year member of the varsity football team, including the 1996 undefeated Ivy League championship team. While at Dartmouth, Mr. Hinton completed studies at Oxford University as well as internships with Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Hinton also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

John P. Reiboldt, Managing Director

John Reiboldt is a Managing Director with Coker Capital Advisors. Prior to co-founding Coker Capital Advisors, Mr. Reiboldt spent more than 10 years with Coker Group, a leading management and strategic consulting firm focused upon the healthcare and life sciences industries. During his tenure, Mr. Reiboldt founded the firm's financial services group, which provided mergers and acquisitions and strategic financial advisory services to the healthcare industry. While leading the financial services group, Mr. Reiboldt executed numerous transactions and advisory assignments across a wide variety of healthcare subsectors, both domestically and internationally. In addition to his role with Coker Capital Advisors, Mr. Reiboldt holds board seats and observation rights with several privately-held healthcare companies.

Mr. Reiboldt earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics at the University of Mississippi and his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. During his graduate and undergraduate studies, Mr. Reiboldt performed internships with Applied Financial Group, Inc., where he performed healthcare equity research; Nauset Biomedical Partners, LLC, a life sciences venture capital firm; and The Leadership Institute, a not-for-profit strategy group based in the greater Washington D.C. area.
